Makita 7 1/4" Fiber Cement Saw (Model 5057KB) lightly used in cutting fiber cement siding for a small home addition. The saw is powered by 120VAC and no batteries are required or included. The saw is in very good visible and working condition. I am the original owner and the saw was purchased by me to install fiber cement siding on our home addition.
